The cheapest men's multivitamin I can find that's been tested by the USP to meet its claims. Only things that seem to be missing are phosphorous and potassium, neither of which is a big deal - most vitamins have little or none of either, and a person normally picks up enough on their own. I've just about finished my first 90-tablet bottle; I'm happy, my dietitian's happy, and I will be buying another. If you're not eating much fish or nuts, you might consider a fish oil supplement for omega-3 fatty acids in addition to a basic multivitamin. ( Reply )
